When I switched to the Mac two years ago, I had an issue with Mac OS X. I sent you an email and only 10 minutes later, I had an audio response with the solution to my problem attached to the email. I did not expect to receive an answer at all, but received such an amazing reply within minutes. I have forgotten, what my issue was, but I remember that it was a very patient and kind one.<br><br>Take it easy and be back, when you are able to.
